The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the train station and Sharaf Dg metro. It is also near a supermarket and the metro station, making it easy to access amenities and transportation. The staff were described as friendly and attentive, providing quick room service and maintaining clean and tidy rooms.
Some guests mentioned noise from the nightclubs and difficulties with getting a regular taxi.

The location of Concorde Palace was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the metro station. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping mall nearby. I appreciated the quick response to my service requests and the availability of water bottles and coffee/tea in the room.

The staff were friendly, always understanding my needs and going above and beyond to make me happy. The hotel facilities were great, with recently renovated rooms that had beautiful themes and ambiance. The sports bar was a wonderful addition, and the staff there were also fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a 3-minute walk to the metro station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city easily, including getting to the airport at a fraction of the normal taxi fare.
